- 7:00 PM - Talk about the popular tradition of the "Saluto" during the night of the Conception. Moderator: Barbara Del Fallo. Guests: Leonardo Porreca and Nicola Di Biase.
- 8:30 PM - Dinner show under the stars in Largo Fontana, with live music and storytelling inspired by the menu.
- Afterwards - Departure for the "Saluto" with the band "Luca Di Giambattista - Città di Archi" and traditional singer Nicola Di Biase.

mezzi paccheri pasta with yellow datterino tomato, sausage and cacio ricotta cheese.

pork cheek with potatoes cooked in the traditional coppo.
